Once the decision to move forward with the purchase is made we perform a thorough search of both on and “off market” availabilities. Our access to highly detailed information provides the tools necessary to make an informed decision about the value of a particular asset. We analyze recent completed sales comparables as well as competitive market availabilities to arrive at a value for the asset.

Financing plays a large part of most real estate acquisitions and our existing relationship with lenders will help you find the right loan product if necessary. Our preferred lenders offer many programs including government backed SBA 504 and 7a programs as well as traditional financing.

Prior to any formal offer we negotiate the best terms on your behalf. There are many aspects involved in a sale other than price and our experience will help protect you from common and uncommon issues that may arise in a purchase contract.
